What we collect
Consultations. When you book, we collect your name, your WhatsApp number or email address, the skin concerns you select, the products you tell us you use, your preferred contact time, and whether you are interested in our spearmint tea.
Orders. When you buy from the shop, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, what you ordered and any note you add. We do not collect card or bank login details: you pay by transfer from your own bank.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address (and your name if you gave it at checkout).
Why we collect it
- To contact you and set up your consultation
- To prepare a skincare routine for you
- To process, deliver and send receipts for your orders
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed
Who can see it
Only the Esteem Glow team. We use a few services to run the site: Netlify hosts the website and receives booking forms, Google stores order records, Resend sends order emails, and Mailchimp sends the newsletter. Our delivery partner receives your name, phone and address to deliver your order. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Consultation details: while you are a client and for up to 12 months after your last consultation. Order records: up to 6 years, for tax and accounting. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, using the link in any newsletter email. You can ask us to delete your details sooner where the law allows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. We handle your data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
